The details for our St George’s Day Shoot and Meet have finally been confirmed and are as follows:

Wednesday 17th April 2019

Shoot

Location: Bisley Shooting Group – Long Siberia

Pay & Play

Meet time: 1:45pm

Shoot start: 2:00pm

Cost: £32 per head, 70 bird shoot

Tea/coffee/soft drinks can be bought at the site

Cartidges: max 28g 6’s and fibre wads only, please bring your own or buy at the ground for an additional fee

Only open to shooters with a Shotgun Certificate and proof of Insurance (CPSA/BASC card etc)

(1 day insurance can be bought at the ground, please enquire with them directly as to how to do this before the day)

Briefing and shooting to start around 1:45pm. Finish by 4:30pm

We do not have exclusive use of the grounds for this shoot so please be mindful of other shooting groups

Meeting

Location: Sit Perpetuum temple on Bisley Camp
Start time: 5:30pm

Dress code: smart shooting attire or standard masonic dark suit. Craft, provincial, PDL lodge or plain black tie

Parking is available on the grass outside the temple

This will be a relatively short meeting to allow time for the after dinner talk

Dining

Location: City Rifle Club, Bisley Camp

Start time: 6:30pm dinner

Cost: £21 per head

After dinner talk: Maj General Tim Sulivan

This will be a White Table so open to masons and guests

Menu:

Starter: Smoked Salmon

Main: Chicken & Leek Pie with various vegetables

Dessert: Sweet trolley with a variety of hot/cold desserts to choose from

Cheese and biscuits, coffee or tea
